| • | Restaurant and Caterer Tasting Space: for restaurants and caterers offering signature dishes in sample-sized portions. |
| • | Wine Tasting Space: offering tastings of ½ - ounce. |
| • | Beer and Spirits Tasting Space: offering tastings of ½ - ounce. |
| • | Retail Gourmet Food Space: offering sample-sized portions and product sales. Pre-packaged, take away product sales permitted. |
| • | Retail Non-Food/Non-Wine Space: we accept a few upscale lifestyle exhibitors. Product sales permitted. |
| • | Food and Wine Publications: we accept a small number of food, wine and lifestyle publications. |
| • | Educational Space: For purveyors, companies, farmers and organizations dedicated to the education of organic, local, sustainable food production and responsibly sourced ingredients. |
